Edith Goodrich Homebound Delivery Program

In this program, volunteers provide delivery and pick-up of Library materials for patrons who need home service. Each patron has a volunteer assigned who is responsible for selecting and delivering materials on a regular schedule.

Who can use this service?

Any South Plainfield resident who cannot come to the Library due to illness or disability.

What services are available?

The Library will provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery of materials. Items are selected from the South Plainfield Public Library collection based on the patron's requests and preferences. Through our interlibrary loan system, we can also obtain books and other materials from libraries throughout New Jersey.

How do I sign up for deliveries?

Print and fill out the Homebound Delivery Application form and send it to:
